OUR CAMPING
Camping Eden was established back in 1978 as a holiday oasis, especially for Italian families coming from nearby Milan, just 50 km away.
From the beginning, the goal was to offer a peaceful and natural retreat away from the chaos of the city. Over time, the campsite has become a point of reference for those seeking peace and serenity, surrounded by greenery and with a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore.
We, the Salviato family, became part of the story of Camping Eden in the 2000s, witnessing its growth from a simple seasonal campsite into a modern and welcoming facility, while always maintaining the warm, family-style hospitality that made it so special for many guests.
OUR STORY
In 2000, Clara and Riccardo, our parents, took over the business, bringing with them a long family tradition tied to tourism on Lake Maggiore. Hospitality has always been in our DNA: our family already had a strong connection with tourism thanks to the Lido of Baveno, which our grandfather Bruno managed with great dedication, anticipating trends along the lake.
Over the years, our parents worked hard to grow Camping Eden, always maintaining a deep bond with nature and the local territory. They evolved the structure, introducing innovative solutions like Mobile Homes and Glamping, to meet the needs of a more quality-conscious and environmentally respectful open-air tourism.
Every step was taken with care, trying to balance innovation and tradition, without ever losing the authenticity of this place we love so much.
A NEW CHAPTER: FAMILY AND HOSPITALITY
Since 2019, we – Giacomo and Gianmaria – have also been actively involved in the management of the campsite, bringing fresh energy and a modern approach, enriched by our academic background in tourism, sustainability, and management.
Our Vision is of a cutting-edge yet authentic accommodation facility, integrated into a thriving territory full of human-centered services and able to meet the dynamic needs of today’s and tomorrow’s travelers.
Our Mission is simple: to welcome our guests as if they were part of our story, offering them a vacation that combines the beauty and uniqueness of Lake Maggiore, the comfort of our facilities, and the warmth of family hospitality.
For three generations we have shared the same passion for tourism, nature, and a simple and genuine life, made of unforgettable moments and special encounters.
